A research project on current waste management practices and possible future solutions. It envisions the future of smart food waste management system- a circular kitchen.
 
Food waste is grinded and used in domestic anaerobic digester producing biogas that is purified trough biogas scrubber and fed to the stove. Decomposed food waste as digestate full of nutrients can be mixed with waste water from the sink and used to feed hydroponic plant system.
